RETURNS BY POST

If you decide to return any item(s) it must reach us in its original state 14 days from the day of receipt of your purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at elle@sylk.ie for confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you have shipped your items back to us, we will email you to let you know once your return parcel has been received and your refund is completed.
Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend to hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number. For peace of mind, you may want to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should the parcel get lost.

FAULTY ITEM

If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund or store credit.

Please, remember the return of the items is your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and protect from getting damaged on the way.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
